Ingredients :

SWEET POTATOE RECIPE, the ingredients:

2 sweet potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked
1 T. vegetable oil
1 lb. kielbasa or smoked sausage
2 red peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 cup salsa
1 tsp. cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Execution :

SWEET POTATOE RECIPE,execution:

-In a skillet, brown the sausage in the oil.
-Add the peppers, onion and garlic.
-Cook until the vegetables are tender.
-Add the salsa and sweet potatoes.
-Salt and pepper, if needed.
-May be served over rice.
