2 rib roast

Heat up a frying pan.
When the pan is hot, put the rib to roast for 3 minutes on each side.
Put the rib roast in the oven at 90°c for approximately 1 hour .
The rib roast is cooked on the outside but warm lean & tender on the inside.
If you prefer the rib roast less red, keep it a bit longer in the oven at 90°c, the meat will stay tender.
If you want to keep the rib roast warm and serve it later, just turn down the oven temperature to 80°c. You can keep rib roast like that for another 2 hours. The rib roast won't cook anymore but will stay warm, ready to serve.
