14 oz Jar of Peppadews
4 oz Ricotta Salata
Olive Oil
Saba or Balsamic Reduction
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Execution :
Slice Fennel into 1/4 inch rounds and grill. Break up Ricotta Salata and stuff into Peppadews. Place on grilled fennel and drizzle with Saba or Balsamic reduction.
