the English Translation

4 eggs (6 if you want to cook for 6)
1 glass red wine (a few more to drink ... but do not drink too much)
Cornflour
1 red onion
garlic
salt
pepper
4 slices of bread (6 if you want to cook for 6)

Put water, wine, onion (cut in dices) garlic, salt and pepper in a pan and let it boil 20 minutes

Pouch the eggs in the boiling mix then take them out of the pan and keep them on a warm dish

Add some cornflour to the mix to make a sauce

Toast the slices of bread and place the eggs on them, put some sauce, salt & pepper again ...

Chris and Pierre,
I had a lot of fun watching you cooking (not to mention searching the ingredients, my favorite!) but maybe not quite as much as you did !
Looking forward to watching your next english/cooking lesson.
