Ingredients :

NEW ORLEAN JAMBALAYA, ingredients :

CREOLE SAUCE:
tomatoes
onions
bell peppers
garlic
cajun spice (see my other video: Cajun Steak Alfredo)
olive oil
salt & pepper

JAMBALAYA:
sausage
chicken breast
bell pepper
onion
spicy chile paste

Rice

Execution :

NEW ORLEAN JAMBALAYA, instructions :

Toss all vegetables in oil with salt and pepper. Place on baking sheet.Bake at 400 for 30mn. Then remove skins from the romas and add cajun spice. Mix as a puree.
Put together the New Orlean jambalaya. pre cooked some sausage add chicken breast, pre sliced onions and peppers. Add spicy chile. Paste to the pan for extra heat. Sautee everything and add creole sauce.
Serve the New Orlean Jambalaya with rice.
