3/4 quart whole milk / 1 round brick of dark mexican chocolate / 2 tablespoons vanilla paste / 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Execution :
CHOCOLATE CAPPUCCINO, instructions :
bring milk to a boil - place chocolate, vanilla & cinnamon in blender - pour scolding hot milk into blender - carefully pulse blender until it is safe to fully blend... CAUTION: DO NOT BLEND WITHOUT FIRMLY HOLDING DOWN LID
