Ingredients :

RECIPE FOR BANANA MUFFINS, ingredients :

3 bananas
1 cup of sugar (236.6 ml)
1 egg
1/2 cup of oil (118.3 ml)
2 cups of flour (473.2 ml)
1 tea spoon of baking soda
1 1/2 tea spoon of salt

Execution :

RECIPE FOR BANANA MUFFINS, instructions :

Cut your bananas (small slices)
Mix the oil and sugar, add the egg, bananas, flour, baking soda, salt.
Put them in a special pan and bake them 20mn (350°) Then cover the banana muffins and bake 10 more mn.

Monica the recipe called for salt. I don't know what if would be like without it. You could try it and see if it makes a difference.
