Ingredients for HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN GRATIN :
Emmental cheese (100 gr)
2 eggs
0,25l cream
half a tea spoon nutmeg
pumpkin (1 kg for 4 people)
salt
pepper
Execution :
HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN GRATIN instructions:
After washing the pumkin, cut it in cubes, steam or cook them in light salted water.
Cover them and leave them to drain overnigt.
Crush (with a large fork) the pumpkin pieces in a gratin dish.
Mix eggs, cream, cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add these to the crushed pumkin.
Cover the mixture with grated cheese and put the halloween pumpkin gratin in the oven for 30 minutes at 220C.
Put on the grill option for the final 5 minutes in order to get a browned halloween pumpkin gratin.
