Ingredients :
COCONUT SAUCE, the ingredients :
8 ounces ginger peeled
5 ounces green onions
2 large green pepper chopped
3 tablespoons minced garlic
2 bunches of cilantro
1 ts of salt and one of pepper
2 ts of curry
2 ts of chile flakes
1 cup of olive oil
250 mm of lime juice
5 cans of coconut milk
1 4 liter container
2 stalks lemon grass
Execution :
COCONUT SAUCE, execution
Puree all the ingredients and put them in a container. add coconut milk and stir until well blended.
