Ingredients :
Ingredients for CORNBREAD RECIPE :
1 cup of cornmeal
1 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
1/3 cup of vegetarian oil
1 TBS of baking powder
2 TBS of cajun
1 TS of salt
1 egg
Execution :
CORNBREAD RECIPE instructions :
Soak cornmeal in milk about 3mn
Mix together all the dry items
Add everything left to the cornmeal milk mixture and then add that to the dry items
Stir only until everything is moistened
Put the mixture into a greased pan
Bake at 400C for about 20 to 25mn
