1 medium sized chopped bell pepper
3-4 slices of bacon or pancetta
1/4 a cup of olive oil
some thyme chopped
some oregano chopped
some prsley chopped
3 gloves of garlic chopped
1 lemon
1/2 a cup of dry white wine
Pinch of red pepper flakes
