Ingredients :

CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS RECIPE, the ingredients :

2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 up to 1 cup of chocolate chip muffins I made it both ways, 1 cup first time 1/2 cup second time.
1 heaping spoon brown sugar (optional)
