- 500Gr of sliced Beef.
- Soya sauce.
- Teriyaki sauce.
- Worcestershire sauce.
- Garlic powder.
- pepper.
Execution :
Recipe beef jerky, execution:
1- Mix the beef with all the ingredients and put it in the fridge for 24 hours.
2 - Dry the Beef in the oven at : 50°C/122° F for 6 hours With the door slidly open.
