1 Cup Honey
1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Salsa:

1 cup Black Beans ( use dried and rehydrate them over night in cold water)
1 1/2 Cups Fresh Corn (only if in season)
5 Roma Tomatoes
2 Tbs Garlic
1 Red Onion
Juice of 2 Limes
Cilantro to taste (Finely chopped)
3oz Green Onion
