| How long have you been cooking and what actually gave you the taste for cooking ? | |
| I started cooking when I was 12. My Mom worked, and it was up to my sister and me to get dinner on the table. I really became passionate about it from watching Julia Child on TV. | |
| What's your favorite dish and why ? | |

| the most perfectly ripe peach in, of all places, Tokyo! | |

| The Ivy in London: http://www.the-ivy.co.uk/ (The seats are horribly uncomfortable but…) The menu has all these really tradition English dish done with flair and style! It’s also the place to go for my most favorite dessert in the whole world, Scandinavian frozen berries with Hot White-Chocolate Sauce. | What do you like and dislike about the region/town/village you live in ? | |
| Downtown Boston needs a grand food-hall type of market that other major cities around the world often have. There is a really fabulous one outside of Boston but you need a car to get there, but I don’t own one! | |
| What are your favorite works or heroes (author or book, film director/actor or movie, paintings or painters ,etc.)? | |
| I love action-adventure and “man against nature” kind of movies. (Can’t wait for the new Indiana Jones movie to come out and I love LOST on TV!) My favorite museums in the world are: • Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Massachusetts • The Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdan • The Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam • Museum Van Speelklok tot Pierement (The Music Box Museum) in Urtrech, Netherlands | |
