| How long have you been cooking and what actually gave you the taste for cooking ? | |

| At the moment Ramen noodles, actually the pork bone broth because I've been testing it in my kitchen all winter long and I'm on to something! I may have some Japanese in my blood line? | |

| One busy hot summer night on Martha's Vineyard while cooking on a line I actually caught a fly in mid air with my tongs! Mister Miyagi would have been proud! | |

| Crispo on 14th street between 7th & 8th Ave. in NYC! Because Frank Crispo's vision of a restaurant matches what I look for in a restaurant. Style, excellent food, unpretentious & fair prices. | |
| What do you like and dislike about the region/town/village you live in ? | |
| I like that I live in a major city that has millions of trees and plants! You can eat the figs right off the trees here!! The produce here is amazing! That's where the towns conundrum comes in, I think the food scene in LA is pretty beat, trends come and go. | |
| What are your favorite works or heroes (author or book, film director/actor or movie, paintings or painters ,etc.)? | |
| My heroes are people who discover themselves, anyone who walks there own path. We live in a world of imitators and originality really shines for me! I don't have a favorite author but I do have favorite books - Eat Pray Love - The Things They Carried | |

| Ski resorts for thanksgiving because they put you in the holiday spirit and the busy season has not arrived yet! | |
