I am planning on going to Europe for 1 year to cook in as many restaurants as possible, I want this to happen 2011. I have started learning how to speak German, Spanish and Italian, in prep for my trip/adventure. why am I typing this out on here you ask.... well I have always believed that if you write something down and put it out there it has a much better chance of happening. but also this is an international website and I'd be a fool not to take advantage of that lol. looking 4 work.........

He likes : Trying new foods, New kitchens to work in, Travelling, Southwestern and Cajun cooking, spending countless hours thinking about cooking and music, and most importantly being a chef
